Interstellar Grinds started in 2020, during the COVID pandemic. As folks obtained a passion for bread-making, I discovered a love and passion for coffee. I was captivated to the artistry, aroma, creativity, and love that formed it. With the entire planet in chaos we decided to postpone it. Four years later, we are up and operating, serving amazing coffee. We roast beans in small batches and use homemade superior syrups. This guarantees excellent flavor at its finest.
